Staff-Parish Relations Committee
Team Purpose
Act as a liaison between staff members and the rest of the congregation, evaluating and encouraging growth in ministry. Care for each staff member’s physical, emotional and spiritual growth.
Areas of Service
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with assigned staff. Meet with them at your convenience. Provide input at staff person’s yearly evaluations. Provide input regarding staff person’s salary. Provide leadership in hiring new staff members.

Ministry Times
- Quarterly Meetings held on the 5th Tuesday of given months.
- Check in with assigned Christ Church staff member at your convenience, at least once per month.
Members of the Staff-Parish Relations Committee need to be nominated by the committee on Lay Leadership. Members are nominated to a three year term.
