Team Purpose
Discover, invite, nominate and support people for leadership positions within the congregation.  Match gifted leaders with positions where that giftedness is exercised for the building up of the church in mission to the world.

Areas of Service
Call or visit potential leaders and return their decisions in order to present a slate of nominees for charge conference.

Team Leader

Ministry Times
Two-three times in the fall of each year to nominate leaders for the congregation.

These team members may be called upon to assist the Pastor and Director of Lay Ministries in supporting gifted leaders of Christ Church.

Team Orientation
Members of the Committee on Lay Leadership need to be nominated by the Committee on Lay Leadership.  Members are nominated to a three year term.
